Weaving Waves is a 60-square-meter exhibition booth for the Malaysian Timber Council, inspired by traditional Malay weaving. Featuring ten curved ribs of Melunak timber, the shell-like structure highlights the material’s versatility and craftsmanship. Its flowing form creates a mesmerizing interplay of light and shadow, blending tradition with innovation. This dynamic installation celebrates sustainable timber applications, modular design and connecting heritage with modern design to inspire and educate.
