Spatial Factors Design Group conceived Lot 18 as an inclusive, landscape-led residential community where quality of life shapes the masterplan. Twelve residential towers are organised around a generous central park connecting football fields, community clubhouses and pedestrian networks. Rather than treating landscape as residual space, SFDG positions it as shared social infrastructure, enhancing daylight, accessibility, recreation and everyday interaction. The project demonstrates how thoughtful planning can bring greater dignity, wellbeing and long-term value to affordable housing while creating resilient neighbourhoods designed for community life.
